Q: How to find organizer to fit my bag?

A: Bag model is shown in the title, e.g. “[Neverfull MM]” is to fit LV Neverfull MM bag. Please search your bag in our website. If you can’t find your bag, please proceed to order by choosing “Custom Size” in the dropdown option, and leave us a message when you checkout. In that case, please send us the measurement of your bag’s INSIDE bottom dimension.

Q: What does GM MM PM mean?

A: This is the size of bag, e.g. Neverfull GM is the largest Neverfull, MM is the medium size, PM the smallest one.

Q: How can I decide the best matching color?

A: The most popular colors chosen for LV purses by JennyKrafts' customers include Cherry, Pivoine, Rose Ballerine, Khaki, Beige.

Q: I like to cinch sides of my Neverfull bag. Does the organizer allow me to do this?

A: Yes. While putting JennyKrafts organizer in the purse, you can still cinch sides as per normal.

Q: Is there a closed bottom of organizer?

A: Yes, every JennyKrafts organizer has a closed bottom.

Q: How long is shipping? Do I need to pay Customs Duty?

A: Our price includes shipping and everything. It takes about 2 weeks to ship to you. We will cover all the Customs Duty and Tax.

Q: Can I return and get refund if there is any problem?

A: As this is a handmade & customized product, we only accept return & refund in case of defect or loss caused by us. The warranty period is 30 days since you receive the product. Please contact us during this period if necessary.
